California RCRA Hazardous Waste Management

Training is required for individuals responsible for ensuring compliance with the California Hazardous Waste Control Law, California Health & Safety Code and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) hazardous waste regulations, including anyone who reads and interprets the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations, develops facility procedures or trains other employees. This training course includes identification of proper container management, storage procedures, completion of hazardous waste manifests and emergency response. This course is designed for any employee that may deal with hazardous waste collection, storage, packaging and shipping within your facility.

Universal Waste Management
40 CFR §273

Training is required for individuals responsible for ensuring compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Universal Waste regulations as well as state specific environmental programs and laws. This training course includes federal as well as state specific discussions for the identification of universal wastes, proper container management, storage procedures, inspection criteria and shipping requirements.

Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Awareness

The SWPPP training will instill all personnel with a thorough understanding of the site’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), including best management practices, safety hazards, practices for preventing discharges, and procedures for responding quickly and properly to toxic and hazardous material incidents.

Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC)

The Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) training is required for any employer that has above ground or underground oil storage areas with large quantities of oil at their facility. This course will train oil-handling personnel in the operation and maintenance of equipment, discharge procedure protocols, applicable pollution control laws, rules and regulations, general facility operations and the contents of the facility SPCC Plan.

Training is required for individuals responsible for ensuring compliance with hazardous waste regulations, and includes discussion related to proper container management, storage procedures, the use of the hazardous waste manifest and necessary emergency response. This course is designed for any employee that may deal with hazardous waste collection, storage, packaging and shipping within your facility.

State Specific RCRA Hazardous Waste Management 40 CFR §272

This training course focuses on state specific RCRA hazardous waste requirements. Training is required for individuals responsible for ensuring compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) hazardous waste regulations as well as state specific environmental programs and laws, including anyone who reads and interprets the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations, develops facility procedures or trains other employees. This training course includes federal as well as state specific discussions for the identification of hazardous wastes, proper container management, storage procedures, inspection criteria and necessary emergency response requirements.


This course is designed for your specific state and includes: California, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, or Washington D.C hazardous waste generators.

Environmental Awareness Training

The Environmental Awareness course provides an understanding of the principles of environmental awareness as well as the rules, regulations and standards designed to prevent and minimize mans impact on the environment.
