Julie Copeland

Julie Copeland is CEO of Arbill, the largest woman-owned safety provider in America. Since taking the helm in 2005, she has led the company’s transformation from a product supplier into a full-service safety solutions provider—offering innovative programs, exclusive technologies, and a worker-first approach that defines Arbill’s mission today.

Under Julie’s leadership, Arbill has become a complete safety partner—delivering the industry’s most comprehensive offering of Safety Programs, EHS Managed Services, Safety Technology, and Safety Products. She also introduced the Truline™ brand of personal protective equipment, expanding manufacturing operations across twelve countries.

Julie has helped Arbill achieve major industry certifications, including WBENC, ISO 9001:2015, and GSA-approved contractor status. She formerly represented the manufacturing sector nationally as a board member of the National Association of Manufacturers, and served as Chair of the WBENC Forum, leading over 14,000 women-owned businesses.

Her leadership has been recognized by Real Leaders Magazine, Enterprising Women, and Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business. Julie holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Communications and an MBA from Temple University, with additional executive education from Harvard Business School and Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Keith Lafrance VP Sales
VP Sales

Keith Lafrance

As Vice President of Sales at Arbill since 2020, Keith Lafrance brings extensive experience in industrial sales across safety, procurement, engineering, and e-commerce sectors. He began his career at Applied Industrial Technologies and later served as Vice President for three supply groups at supplyFORCE.

Keith’s focus at Arbill is driving customer solutions at both local and national levels. A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, Keith and his wife reside in New Hampshire, where they enjoy spending weekends skiing with their children and grandchildren.

Kennan Tenaglia Director of Sales Operations
Director of Customer Experience

Kennan Tenaglia

As Director of Client Experience at Arbill, Kennan Tenaglia oversees the Client Relations Team, Safety Store Associates, and Field Service Associates. He joined Arbill in December 2020, bringing more than a decade of experience from Fastenal and supplyFORCE.

Kennan’s leadership focuses on strengthening client relationships, improving service delivery, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

William Keay VP of Operations
VP of Operations

William Keay

As Vice President of Operations at Arbill, William Keay oversees facility management, distribution, inventory operations, and deployment execution. With over three decades of experience, Bill brings deep operational expertise to optimizing complex systems and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Since joining Arbill in 2008, Bill has led strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and performance throughout the organization’s distribution and fulfillment network. His background spans process design, quality management, material handling, forecasting, and enterprise implementation.

Prior to Arbill, Bill held key leadership roles at Villeroy & Boch and Denby USA, where he gained broad operational experience including IT and HR management. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University.

VP of Supply Chain David Mummert
VP of Supply Chain

David Mummert

David Mummert is Vice President of Supply Chain at Arbill, responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Purchasing team with a focus on vendor selection, relationship management, and supply chain performance. His leadership ensures alignment with company goals while driving efficiency, accountability, and compliance across sourcing operations.

David joined Arbill in 2024, bringing more than 25 years of experience in supply chain and distribution leadership across the foodservice, lawn and garden, and professional horticultural industries. Known for his results-driven approach and collaborative mindset, he strengthens Arbill’s ability to deliver safety solutions with precision and speed.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, David proudly supports the Baltimore Ravens, Orioles, and his alma mater’s Terrapins athletics.

Kelly Donohue Director of IT

Kelly Donahue

Kelly Donahue is Director of IT at Arbill, where she leads enterprise-wide efforts to streamline business processes, strengthen IT infrastructure, and drive data-informed decision-making across departments. Since joining the company in 2007, Kelly has held roles in Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance—building a rare end-to-end understanding of the business before stepping into her current leadership role.

Her expertise was forged through curiosity, deep systems thinking, and a relentless drive to improve. Known for her hands-on, collaborative approach, Kelly translates complex business needs into sustainable technical solutions—architecting data systems, automating workflows, and guiding cross-functional teams through meaningful change.

She brings a unique ability to balance structure with creativity, delivering IT strategies that are as practical as they are innovative.

Michael Bradshaw Director of Business Development

Michael Bradshaw

As Director of Business Development at Arbill, Michael Bradshaw leads efforts to uncover new business opportunities, increase revenue, and strengthen strategic client relationships across North America. He plays a key role in broadening Arbill’s safety solutions across both new and existing accounts, establishing high-value partnerships, and opening doors in emerging market verticals.

Michael joined Arbill in 2022 and brings more than 20 years of sales experience in the MRO industry, including over a decade managing national accounts. He is known for his consultative approach, deep industry knowledge, and ability to translate client needs into long-term value.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Josh Goldstein VP Government Division
VP Government Division

Josh Goldstein

Josh Goldstein leads Arbill’s government division within the Commercial Sales team, focusing on Federal, State, and Municipal markets. With more than 30 years of experience in safety equipment distribution, Josh has built critical partnerships and secured major contracts with all levels of government, including supporting the Department of Homeland Security and maintaining 100% fill rates for the State of Pennsylvania during the COVID surge.

Before joining Arbill, he served as President of a regional safety distributor and President of iPower Northeast, integrating 10 MRO-focused distributors. Josh has also contributed to Washington D.C. subcommittees on eye and respiratory protection standards following 9/11.

EH&S Director Chuck Franklin
Director of EHS Managed Services

Chuck Franklin

Director of EHS Services at Arbill, Chuck Franklin leads the development and implementation of customized safety programs across North America. With more than 28 years in EHS management, Chuck built his career from the ground up—rising through supervisor, manager, and director roles across multiple industries, with a strong focus in OSHA General Industry.

His extensive experience includes facility start-ups and building safety cultures from scratch, particularly in poultry and manufacturing environments. Chuck holds a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing from Troy University, is an OSHA 10 & 30 Course Trainer through SafeState University of Alabama, and has earned his CFR General Industry Certification. A licensed private pilot for both airplanes and helicopters, Chuck brings a lifelong passion for aviation and safety excellence.

Matt DeMelia Controller

Matt DeMelia

As Controller at Arbill, Matt DeMelia leads the company’s financial strategy and day-to-day operations. He oversees accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting functions, managing a team of three and ensuring accuracy across all financial processes.

Matt plays a key role in maintaining Arbill’s fiscal health by aligning expenditures with budgets, managing cash flow, and ensuring timely payroll. His commitment to operational excellence extends to fostering strong relationships with vendors and suppliers through diligent receipt vouching. With a focus on supporting Arbill’s mission to protect workers and put customers first, Matt helps power the growth of America’s largest women-owned safety company.

David Glass

David Glass serves as Director of Commercial Accounts at Arbill, where he leads the implementation, growth, and management of key customer programs and broader PPE distribution including Truline. With over three decades of experience at Arbill, David brings deep expertise in client management, product standardization, and safety program optimization.

In his role, David guides daily operations and drives strategic growth through multiple sales channels. He collaborates closely with Arbill’s operations and supply chain teams to advance vendor relationships and accelerate product adoption. David also champions the use of Arbill’s holistic approach to safety to uncover opportunities that enhance safety outcomes and deliver measurable cost savings.

A strong communicator and trusted partner, David builds long-term relationships with clients and suppliers, aligning safety innovations with customer needs. He is highly trained in PPE and OSHA compliance. He holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from Temple University and an MBA from West Chester University.

Frank Paton

Director of Commercial Sales at Arbill, Frank Paton has been delivering custom safety solutions to clients at the site and corporate levels since 2000. With over two decades of experience, Frank has been instrumental in advancing safety initiatives across industries, particularly in steel, renewable energy, and food & beverage.

His deep knowledge of products, programs, and services has helped clients achieve higher standards of safety excellence. Frank’s practical, results-driven approach continues to make a lasting impact across Arbill’s client base.

Robert Carroll, Arbill Director of Commercial Sales

Robert Carroll

Robert Carroll joined Arbill in 2022 and brings over a decade of safety expertise to his role managing and growing key accounts across the steel, beverage, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

With a strong foundation in product knowledge and a passion for emerging safety innovations, Robert works closely with clients to create safer, more efficient workplaces. His ability to build lasting relationships through trust and responsiveness ensures every partnership is tailored for long-term success. Robert lives in Yorktown, Indiana with his wife and two sons and enjoys spending his free time on the golf course.

Rebecca Cannon

Director of Purchasing at Arbill, Rebecca Cannon leads a dynamic Supply Chain team, overseeing inventory management across multiple warehouses and client sites. Since joining Arbill in 2015, she has built efficient procurement processes, strengthened supplier partnerships, and championed continuous improvement initiatives.

Rebecca holds certifications as an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Her previous experience includes procurement roles in packaging and manufacturing, managing complex international sourcing operations.

Marcelo Rodriguez Director of Product Support
Director of Product Support

Marcelo Rodriguez

Marcelo Rodriguez serves as Director of Product Support at Arbill, where he leads technical support efforts for PPE, assists clients with product selection, and supports adoption of Arbill’s proprietary Truline products. With deep expertise in hand protection and glove technology, Marcelo is a trusted resource for navigating complex safety requirements across industries.

He joined Arbill in 1997 and previously managed strategic client relationships as a National Account Manager. Marcelo is also an active member of ASTM International, contributing to safety standards development.
