Returns Policy

Arbill’s 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 90 days to return your items. All returned products must be in original packaging, unused, and in salable condition. Arbill’s satisfaction guarantee policy does not apply to “Final Sale” items.

Arbill will provide return authorization for a full refund of your purchase of any stock item if you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of the original invoice date.

Arbill will provide return authorization for your purchase of nonstock items, and/or stock items returned within 90 days of the original invoice date, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Final Sale items include special order items, expiration-date sensitive items, ballistic items and custom imprinted items. These products are not eligible for return except for in cases of defective quality or workmanship.
